I came here to refresh my Ikebana experience from long time ago. I was greeted by lovely Azumi and made feel at home in her cosy studio fragrant with floral scents. We were a very small and intimate group and through questions and demonstrations, explored the art of flower appreciation and display in the best and most elegant way based on the flower attributes and each of our personalities. As we worked, Azumi assisted with her experience, practical help and encouraged us every step to create the amazing arrangement we then took home. I did not expect to create such a beautiful piece and I feel ready to create other ones after this one withers.
I highly recommend the workshop and I would love to continue with her 4-week course.
Loved the workshop. Fascinated to learn about the philosophy and styles of ikebana,. Great to have hands on guidance to create my own piece. Azumi was a lovely, supportive teacher. Highly recommend this experience.
