If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a transfer or credit note.
If you can't attend the class:
- A transfer can be requested 7 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$45.00 applies.
- A credit note can be requested 3 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$45.00 applies.
No changes will be allowed after these times.

Personal data is stored securely on password-protected systems.
Payment details are handled exclusively by certified third-party processors.
We take reasonable measures to protect against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Photos & Media
We love celebrating the art of ikebana and the creativity of our community.
Photos and videos may be taken during workshops, courses, and events.
These may be used on our website, social media, or in promotional materials.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let us know before the session begins, and we will respect your choice.
Group or non-identifiable images (e.g., hands arranging flowers) may be used freely.

Request deletion of your personal data (except where records must be kept by law).

If the organiser cancels the class: You are entitled to a full refund.
If you are unable to attend the class: We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend, we are happy to transfer your booking to an alternative date or issue a credit at no additional charge—provided we receive at least 7 working days' notice. This is because we prepare materials and reserve your place in advance.
Cancellations or transfer requests within 7 days of the class are subject to a 30% administrative fee (fee varies depending on the class).
The remaining tuition fee can be kept as a credit for future use.
Please note: Due to our small class sizes and limited availability, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed classes. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the class will be charged at 100%.
Age Requirements
Children under 14 are welcome, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is responsible for their supervision throughout the session.
Attendance & Punctuality
We start our sessions on time, and early arrival is recommended.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and preparation.
To respect all participants, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may refuse entry to the session. Refunds will not be provided in this case
